 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL DAYS

CULINARY COURSE

My journey in senior high school was very memorable for me. This is where I learned more and became more committed to my dream college course, in my two years of senior high school. I spent the whole year studying cooking, improved my studies, and became more focused. In the many courses I took in senior high school, I also continued TVL-Culinary. I want to share here my culinary experience and say that we are not just cooks, our task is not easy, and there is a lot that needs to be improved in culinary. must be strategic, have money, and be hardworking and talented. In the culinary course, you also have to risk your life because the equipment that is used is also dangerous. 

So you must be brave and strong in this industry. So, when I encounter failure or negative outcomes in the product I prepare, I learned that you are not always lucky, and you are not always good. When I make a mistake, I use it to learn more and improve my cooking skills the next time. I am proud of myself that I am becoming stronger in the course I chose, that I became more confident, and that I was convinced that I could continue this until college.

I remembered the hardships of us culinary students when there is a culminating activity every semester and how our section has to spend 60 to 70 thousand pesos. because our project involves creating a birthday debut event. We need a celebrant, There are proper seats, a proper sound system, a proper program flow, a proper buffet food style, and many other things that are needed for the debut event. 
We put a lot of time and effort into this project. We are the only ones who will do this debut event. Food is needed for 60 people, but it costs a lot to admit it. It's tiring to do, even though we have many classmates to take care of it. Here we used our creativity in designing the stage, we are good at cooking food, baking cakes, arranging the flow of the event, and setting up tables. We were all very happy because the outcome of our project was good. The food was delicious, the debut set was beautiful, and the debut program flowed well. We also got high grades, and we also passed. My heart is so happy as I tell you here about my high school journey. I will never forget it, even though I am on a different journey now.
