DREAM COURSE & REASONS (PART 3)

MY UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE IN JHS-SHS "TVL-CULINARY COURSE"

These are the pictures I want to share here on my blog. This is the experience I will never forget in high school. These pictures gave me dreams for my journey into the future. At a young age, I was interested in cooking, and I learned to cook even more with the help of my studies in high school. I was active in school activities, especially cooking. I become the group leader when we have culinary lab activities. Until my teacher in junior high school became my second mother, That teacher saw my cooking skills in her class. So she offered to train me to be a participant in the competition at different schools in Dasmarinas. My skills increased, and my high school journey became challenging for me.

I learned to butcher a chicken, clean fish, budget, and be creative with my menu dishes. I am not only dependable at school but also at our house, at a young age, I am the one who cooks when there is a feast and other dishes every day.

I'm happy to cook, I'm happy to let my loved ones taste my food, and I'm especially happy when I achieve the right taste of what I'm cooking. Because I know this kind of thing, I do business selling dynamite to my classmate, selling graham balls, selling mango graham cake, oreo graham cake, fruit graham cake, biko, and others. I didn't just learn to cook; I learned to strategize in life so that I don't always ask my parents for my expenses.

In senior high school, there was an OJT, and the position I entered was kitchen staff. I learned the process quickly at the restaurant. My desire to study culinary arts until college became stronger. Because of the good feedback I received from the managers, co-workers, and head chefs that I am a good worker, they offered for me to be on-call at their restaurant or become an employee. They gave me high grades.

I will end my story up to here, Thank you very much for your time in reading.
